Workshop Cancellation Policy

  1. Workshops are confirmed to proceed 14 days before their scheduled date.
  2. Participant workshop registration is confirmed when full payment is received.
  3. If insufficient confirmed registrations are received two weeks in advance of the scheduled date, the workshop may be cancelled. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund. The workshop provider will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants.
  4. If a participant chooses to cancel their registration, or is unable to attend a workshop, the following refunds will apply (this reflects the cancellation policies of venues):
    • The registered participant may nominate another person to attend the workshop in their place. No administration or transfer fee applies.
    • If notice is received 15 days or more before to the workshop, 100% of the payment will be refunded (or transferred by agreement towards a future workshop).
    • If notice is received 14 days or less before the scheduled workshop date, no refund or credit will be offered.
  5. Non-attendees: will be provided with a copy of the workshop materials. No refunds and no credits will be provided. No CPD points will be attributed.
  6. Discounts for groups/offices may be available. Please contact us to discuss.
  7. Workshop materials are for educational use by the participant only. The materials must not be shared or used for any other purpose.
  8. If you have concerns or queries about the workshop materials contact us.
  9. Your full name, telephone number and email address are required for communication about the workshop.
  10. Privacy: We protect the privacy of the information you provide to us. We will not share your details with a third party, such as a sponsor, without your consent.
  11. By registering and providing your details, you give Blue Path permission to contact you about upcoming training programs and offers that we believe may be of interest to you. If you wish to be removed from our marketing databases at any point and not be contacted please let us know.
